Rip off ticket sales. By default a day return is sold as two singles, not a return, and that's around 25% more expensive than you need to pay. No data validation on whether the fare a customer is buying makes sense. Great for TL profit, bad for your pocket. Poor at delay repay refunds - you select your ticket and take the option for delay repay. You still have to enter all ticket info and provide a screenshot, ie the app doesn't use the data it has. Also fails on submission with error unknown.

if you try and re-order a ticket and there's a delay on your line it shows you a load of late options and asks you to choose your outbound journey. you can't select anything and clicking later just loads the same delayed trains. you have to literally wait for the delayed trains time to pass leaving you completely stranded. ive had this happen twice where I couldn't buy my regular ticket until after my train was due to arrive.

SHOW ME TRAINS THAT ARE ABOUT TO DEPART. Third time I've missed a train as you don't show earlier ones any more, even if they actually leave in a few minutes. Still an awful UI with little thought into user workflow.. They have also removed the ability to look at already departed trains, which was a quick way to check arrival times. Getting worse and worse
